What can I do if the Auto-Emptying doesn't start after the robot docks properly?
The following applies to S8+, S8Pro Ultra, S7Max Ultra and Q Revo.
- Check the Auto-Emptying is enabled in your app.
- Check the Dustbin cover is installed.
- Auto-Emptying won't start if you manually put the device on dock.
- Please check if “Disable Auto Emptying” is toggled off under “Customize Do Not Disturb Mode” setting. Otherwise, Auto-Emptying will not start in DND duration.
- Auto-Emptying will not be triggered if the robot returns to the dock without cleaning.
