Why the LED status indicator light on the dock is steady red?

Please follow steps below to check the robot.

①Check that local voltage meets the requirements listed on the dock.

②Check clean water tank placement or refill as required.

③Check dirty water tank placement or empty as required.

④Check that the cleaning tank or cleaning tank filter has been correctly installed.
