Why there’s no hot water coming out when washing the main mop/Why the mop doesn’t feel hot after washing?

1). Ensure you already chose washing water temperature as Hot water.

2). Hot water will be used in the early stage of the main mop washing process to cooperate with the cleaning liquid. During this period, the maximum temperature of the hot water can reach 60°C. (affected by the ambient temperature and the water temperature of the clean water tank, the hot water outlet temperature will change).

It is recommended that you press the pause button half a minute after washing starts and then take the robot off the dock off the dock to feel the temperature of the mop.
