What should I do If the LED status indicator light on the docking station is steady red?
The following applies to Empty Wash Fill Dock and RockDock Ultra:
- Check and correct installation of the dustbin or dust bag.
- Check if the local voltage meets the requirements listed on the dock.
- Check Clean Water Tank placement or refill as required.
- Check Dirty Water Tank Placement or empty as required.
- Check that the water filter has been correctly installed or not.
