What should I do If the LED status indicator light on the docking station is steady red?

The following applies to Empty Wash Fill Dock and RockDock Ultra:

  1. Check and correct installation of the dustbin or dust bag.
  2. Check if the local voltage meets the requirements listed on the dock.
  3. Check Clean Water Tank placement or refill as required.
  4. Check Dirty Water Tank Placement or empty as required.
  5.  Check that the water filter has been correctly installed or not.
