What should I do if the docking station doesn't wash mop when robot returns to dock?

The following applies to Empty Wash Fill Dock, S8 Pro Ultra and S7Max Ultra:

  1. The mop will not be washed if not used.
  2. The robot will not return to the dock for mop washing if it does not start from the dock or no dock is found on the app map.
  3. Please check tank placement and refill or empty as required.
  4. Check that the water filter has been correctly installed.
