What can I do if the indicator light on the Auto-Emptying Docking station is always red?

The following applies to Auto-Empty Dock Pure and RockDock Plus:

  1. Check if the Dustbin Cover is well installed or not.
  2. Please make sure the disposable bag is well installed before emptying starts.
  3. Check if local voltage meets the requirements listed at the bottom of the docking station.
  4. The fan may not be operating properly. Potentially due to overheating protection resulting from frequent starting and stopping. Unplug the power cable and try again after 30 minutes.
