What should I do if the Auto Emptying docking station is not emptying effectively?

The following applies to Auto-Empty Dock Pure and RockDock Plus:

  1. Please check if the main brush or main brush cover is properly installed or not.
  2. Please check if the air duct is blocked or not. If there’s something stuck inside, unscrew the duct to clear blockages.

  3. Please make sure the disposable bag is installed properly. The handle should be inserted all the way down.
