What should I do if the Auto Emptying docking station is not emptying effectively?
The following applies to Auto-Empty Dock Pure and RockDock Plus:
- Please check if the main brush or main brush cover is properly installed or not.
- Please check if the air duct is blocked or not. If there’s something stuck inside, unscrew the duct to clear blockages.
- Please make sure the disposable bag is installed properly. The handle should be inserted all the way down.
